Request an RMA
Contact our support team or use our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Send
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns facility using a tracked carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
